TRY THE REAL YOU

Befriending your nervous system to move from survival mode into authentic connection, resilience, and well-being.

BRIDGING NEUROBIOLOGY AND REAL-LIFE HUMAN CONNECTION

Monique’s personal journey through stress, burnout, and personal loss taught her a critical lesson: you can feel content in your mind while your body is quietly operating in survival mode. That realization sparked years of intensive study into the vagus nerve, Polyvagal theory, somatic practices, and emotional regulation.

Through TRY, Monique bridges neurobiology and real-life human connection. By teaching how our bodies communicate with our brains, Monique empowers individuals and communities to listen to internal signals, release stored stress, and cultivate lasting emotional resilience.

A WIDE VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

Through intuitive digital and physical handouts including “The 5 Pillars of Health,” “The Emotional Balloon,” or the “Resolution Roadmap,” our resources allow educators to implement TRY’s core metaphors and principles within the classroom.

Understanding how we store unprocessed feelings and learning how to safely release stress before it “leaks” onto ourselves or others.
